My first real attempt at doing a lot of the clean & jerk. I did 30 at 60kg/132lbs to complete the Crossfit benchmark workout “Grace”, and later managed 80kg/176lbs. I’ll have to improve my form for the future, but I’m happy with today’s performance overall.
Oh, and I also did “Helen” in under eight minutes, and finished with tabata weighted situps (for dessert.)
