27 Jan WOD: Pull Strength

Five pyramid sets.

Lateral pulldowns: 130*15, 145*8, 160*4, 145*9, 130*13

Seated row: 130*16, 145*9, 160*6, 145*10, 130*16

Then for work capacity: Row 400m, 10 pullups, 10 40kg SDHP, 10 toes to rings, 10 40kg bicep curls. Three rounds, each for time. (4:42, 4:07, 4:56)

Then practice with the clean and jerk and the snatch.  The snatch is not an easy movement to get used to, but it is becoming more familiar.
