How about doing maximum burpees for as many minutes as there are candles on your cake? That’s what I did for my last birthday, but with pushups. Nearly 1,300 in 34 minutes.

Today I did Grace and Helen on the same day.
It was my first time taking Grace on and I struggled with form a bit and came in at 4:29. I think with further training on the clean and jerk I can cut that time down significantly.
I had done Helen before, and with some residual fatigue from Grace, I managed it in 7:58.
